braid your hair while its damp-when you take it out of the braid it will be almost straight %26amp; its free %26amp; it doesn't damage your hair-any heat is bad for your hair ( period ). Heat dries hair out %26amp; because hair is dead it doesn't heal. Well, i have one from gold n' heat that works EXCELLENT. And it was only 35 bucks. Its also ceramic, so it wont burn my hair or anything. But umm. i would say conair straightners. I would also say CHI but its a little expensive. Just remember not to straighten your hair too much.
