Best straightener/flat iron for a good price that works with curly/frizzy hair types? See Details!! HELP!!!?

I recently got my hair cut and my old straightener died. I bought a new one (same model) and its a piece of crap. I will need a new straightener but don't want another piece of junk, but i dont want to spend $100 for something that is only good for one thing (ex: CHI). I want a professional model for a good price (0-$50) and something with good even heat, multiple heat settings (20-30 heat settings are good) and possibly even digital options. I have always used a ceramic straightener and I like them but I am looking into tourmaline. So....

What is a good professional straightener/flat iron that works well with medium/long hair thats wavy/curly/frizzy/thick, has 20-30 heat settings, tourmaline/ceramic plates, High/Even heat, digital options, and wont cost me more than at the most $60?????

If you answer this you will get 10 pts

Also, if its possible, please list sites to where I can see these straighteners/flat irons. I have checked Ulta, Sally Beauty Supply, Target, Walmart...etc.Best straightener/flat iron for a good price that works with curly/frizzy hair types? See Details!! HELP!!!?
I had the same problem and wasted over $100. So you really should spend the money on the CHI cause by the time you keep spending 50 on a not so good one you could have got a CHI. Pluse you can send the CHI and get it fixed for life.Best straightener/flat iron for a good price that works with curly/frizzy hair types? See Details!! HELP!!!?
