i have a really bad straightener at the moment, it's some random french brand because i live in paris. I'm moving back to america so i wanted to know what your suggestions are as to which straightener brand i should buy from.
my hair is medium thickness
it gets dry easily, i would need one that doesn't completely burn my hair
it's wavy
i would like it to be pin-straight (so a strong straightener)
it would be nice if it would last whole day (or a school day)
money isn't a problem! i just want the best
thank you :)
also, what shampoos would you recommend for my hair type? are there shampoos that help protect hair? which brand is the best?Best straightener brand?
I have used a Chi for the past 4 years and I love it! it is very durable and is light weight and easy to use! I would definetley advise you to invest in a Chi. mine is pink and benefited a breast cancer foundation!Best straightener brand?
I have a Chi and I love it!! I got it about 5-6 years ago and it work just as well as the day I got it and I use it a lot. Your hair sounds a lot like mine and I use Catwalk Headshot Shampoo and Conditioner...it keeps my hair soft and smells oh so good. If you are moving back to the US you can even buy the Chi from Target. I have listed links with all the stuff I use on my hair. Wishing you great hair and safe travels! :)
I love my chi by farouk, my hair will stay stick straight even after i put it up in a ponytail
babyliss products are the best. they have good blowdryers and straightners. go to beautychoice.com
Ghd and Remmington are best straighteners. I would buy the large ones if your hair is quite thick so its quicker and easier to do. Make sure you just heat protection spray when straightening.
My hair is similar to your description and i like Dove and Pantene and they do heat damaged hair shampoo and conditioners.
