This may sound dumb but are GHD the best straighteners?

Hello. I have about three hair straighteners now. I have these Babyliss thermoglass ones and remington wet to straight. However, i dont think they are that effective. I have heard that GHD are the best ever but they cost 拢100 pounds. Not very student friendly really.This may sound dumb but are GHD the best straighteners?

NO they are not. and those wet to dry straighteners really damage your hair. chi is the best straightner you can buy but you can buy any professional straightener from any salon and it will be just as good but cheaper.

I do not recomend the wet to straight, i am a hairdresser and they completely ruin your hair. Ghd are the best around, i know they are a bit steep in price, but well worth it, they will last for years and never fault in performance.!


There are othr brands that are ok, but sadly its ghd all the way for me, check on ebay or amazon for cheap ones!
i find my babyliss one are great even though everyone says ghd are best i think they are way to expensive
yes ghds are the best, i have been using them for 6 years and i wouldn't use anything else. Babyliss ones perform poorely.


The ghds might be expensive but they are worth every penny. My hair is very long and thick and it takes me less than 7 minutes to straighten my hair. Ive bought three pairs over the six years, the first ones broke down on me after three years, but if you calculate cost per use that was pretty good. The second ones sort of blew up on me but, they were the defective model. Also my friends used them alot too, so maybe that contributed. The newer model has been tested and will not blow up on you. Ive had the newer model for 2 years and they are fine.





i definitely recommend them, if you want shiny, glossy and impossibly striaght hair, nothing will perform better.
