after ghd's whats the next best straightner is there one i could get for up to拢40 from argos?Whats the next best straightener?
I have vidal sasson pro elite straighteners, they are fab. They heat up just as quick as GHDs and also have a heat control which GHDs don't have. The dial is great as everyone 's hair is different and you can set your straighteners for your hair. At the hottest setting they are just as hot as GHDs. I got mine from Argos and I think they were about 拢30 last year.Whats the next best straightener?
i have heard the next best thing is the carmen hair straightners and curling irons..
Well GHDs are the best by far but they're expensive! but i would say the next best ones are Chi's
I have a chi turbo strait iron.........perfect ........runs about $125 USD.
The Chi. It is used by many hair stylists and it works amazing.
Not from argos, pink ones from superdrug for 拢12. High temp, ceramic, variable heat %26amp; they work wonders for my frizzy unruly hair. I've tried em all just about inc babyliss thermoglass etc but these are the best
a Chi is a really good straightener. runs just a little over a hundered dollars. doesnt fry your hair and heats up in like ten seconds. good luck.
most remington striaghteners are really good
I think babyliss pro ceramic straighteners are really good, they go to 230C which is the same as GHD, i paid 拢40 i think for them, you can also get them in pink now, use a protection spray first
As long as the plates are ceramic and the right size for you, it should not really matter about the make.
I use the CHI straightner. It works great. But it is relatively expensive
if you go for a cheap brand then they wont work that well.
its really would be better to save up.
the moprphy richards, mark hill straighteners are excellent and cheap. but i have just brought a morphy richards i create from ebay, rrp 79.99, but i paid 18.99. check out ebay first, really cheap here.
a really good straightner is alot of money but my friend has a GREAT straightner that she got for only 10-15 bucks at walmart.
what ever you get, what makes a good straightener is a temperature above 190 and made of ceramic. doesn't matter what the make is at all. i don't know if you can get ones that go over 190 in shops, you may have to go to a hair suppliers. look around. you might be able to get them on the net somewhere. i got some from Jack Kays for 拢60. They are just as good as GHDs. that was a few years ago now so may be cheaper now.
I got Babyliss pro230 straighteners from Boots and they're brilliant, i'm pretty sure theywork better than GHD's, much cheaper and have a longer guaruntee.
The Babyliss Thermaglass range is excellent value for money and its 39.99. It was recently reduced from 69.99 so represents a bargain.
