Use the IONBrand Ceramic straighteners, you can find them at Sally's beauty Supply. It is not as expensive as the CHI and it doesn't damage your hair as much, plus it doesn't give you fly aways. You can also find a variety of products made by ION that help when it comes to straightening, such as Shampoo and Conditoner, and an Anti-Frizz Spray.
I hear that CHI straighteners are the best, however they are very expensive. I use a ceramic straightener from Wal Mart. The most important thing is make sure it is ceramic, and not metal or any other alloy.
