What is the best straightener I can get that is not REALLY expensive?

I have REALLY really curly, thick hair and I want a straightener that will make it really straight. I have a chi and I don't like it! I would like to get a straightener that is 2'; wide. I'm not being rude or anything but the only good straightner your going to get is an expensive one, not overly exspensive but over $80 if you live in america

I have tried many conair straightners and they just don't work for me. Me and my sister use durabrand. It is really good for curly hair I would know because my sister has really curly hair. It's at wal-mart for $20. You might be thinking $20? But it is truly a great straightner.
