it's called the GVP (general value products) ceramic flat iron.

it works just as good as a chi, doesn't burn your hair, and gives u pin straight hair in less time. plus, it has heat settings and cool colors (unlike the chi)

I find all the straighteners at Sally's are OK. Look for the one that has the highest heat. No matter what type of flat iron you purchase you also want to buy something to protect the hair before you flat iron. Flat ironing without spraying your hair with something is like going to the beach without sunscreen.. does damage. I suggest you buy Graham Webb Heat Response - Soft Finish.



ALSO Buy the Moroccan Miracle Oil put it in your hair after you get out of the shower about a dimes worth and it helps straighen your hair
