What is the absolute BEST BEST BEST straightener that you can buy at Target?

I hear the Chi is the best, but then I'm hearing all the reviews about Chi's breaking easily and stuff and that they suck. But really, what is the absolute best best best straightener that you can buy from a place like Target? What is the absolute BEST BEST BEST straightener that you can buy at Target?
Do not buy a CHI at Target. I have one and when it broke, the CHI company said Target isn't a retailer, so the CHI 1 year warrenty doesn't exist when bought from Target. Just Target's 60 day? warrenty- that's all you'll have. But, if you did buy a CHI from Target and it broke, you could always say you got it as a gift and don't have the receipt... they have to give you the lowest current price they are selling CHI's for at their store, no matter how long ago you bought it.What is the absolute BEST BEST BEST straightener that you can buy at Target?
Don't bother buying a flat iron from target unless you're getting junk like a conair. Like someone mentioned, target is not an authorized CHI retailer, therefore this voids the CHI 1 year warranty. CHI's do have the tendency to break, therefore that warranty could come quite in handy.

You should look into buying one online from an authorized retailer, I buy mine for my salon at Folica. The main reason is because they typically have the best pricing and they honor all manufacturer warranties directly, If it breaks, I call customer service and they send me out a replacement.

Here is a good page where you can read thousands of user reviews for some of the top flat irons (including CHI)... I will make a note though that while CHI's are certainly popular, they're outdated and not even in the top 10.

i have never heard of the chi but it depends if u have thick or thin hair

if u hav thin then i suggest the mini conair for 19.99

or if u hav thick then i suggest the ceramic conair for 24.99
I use Conair, a black with yellow accented straightener. I have never used Chi, I hear it's good too. I think it all depends on your hair like the texture, how thick/thin it is, etc.
I would say wet2straight.I have it and it works amazing, its available at wal-mart to.
Chi, they usually come with a warranty anyways. check the box to be sure it does come with one.
conair

or go to walmart its cheaper and has better straighteners
