What do you consider the best straightener?

I have very thick, wavy hair. Which straightener, in your experience, is the the least damaging and most effective? What do you consider the best straightener?
ghd is the best i've used so far.

my hair is naturally curly, and

this straightener just glides through my hair.

they also make hair products that will

help the straightener work better on your hair.

The best thing to try is to use coconut oil to soften your hair, apply it to your hair an hour before you wash it, don't forget to wash it or dust will collect on the oil and make your hair brittle.

There are shampoos to sort out the frizz, like this one, there is a conditioner to go with it too: (L'Or茅al Paris Elvive Anti-Frizz Shampoo Smooth-Intense) http://www.wilkinsonplus.com/invt/022373...

once U have washed your hair, apply (L'Oreal smooth intense anti-frizz serum) - if U use a hair drier after applying this, it would give you large waves. http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews10121...

Or invest in a hair iron. But don't use this too often, it will ruin the natural texture of your hair!

Please do not use chemicals on your hair. I made this mistake and my hair turned into coconut fiber. It took a whole year to grow back.

Hope this helps, it helped me!

PS: Please test any new shampoos or conditioners first before you use them.
I use a corioliss I got it off ebay and it works good and doesnt damage your hair but if I had the money I'd get a Sedu or a Chi... Good luck!
