Whats the best straightener to buy?

Chi is only an above average brand. There are many other brands out there that are much much better. I really like using Solia and I've heard that Sedu is one of the best you can get. If you want a good flat iron you're gonna have to pay for it. I suggest you try folica.com for a big selection and cheaper prices. Not to mention they ship REALLY fast. I got mine within 2 days of ordering and I had selected standered shipping.

Solia straightener is by farr the best. My sister got a chi straightener and it broke after a couple times of using it...AND if you type in ';top ten hair straighteners'; in google, CHI is NOT number one.. I am very loyal to my solia straightener i have had it for about 4 years and i still LOVE it.

Chi is one of the best, not only has it been around for a long time it was one of first straighteners made. It heats up really quick and the plates don't harm your hair as much. I'd use a heat protecting spray though because any heat still does harm your hair. I suggest Nexxus Heat Protexx.

OMG!!!!!! CHI SUCKS its so overrated, ILOVE THE SOLIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It is amazing and the temperature goes higher than the chi, straightens quicker than the chi, can do more things besides straighten, and can also straighten damp hair.
