Sucks. The steam gets WAY too hot to use it where i need it (my roots). And as a regular straightener, it's just average. My hair somehow always got caught in the plates.
not sure if it works as well as they advertise it to.. just try it out and if u're not satisfied with it's performance on ur hair than return it.
