no i havent bought that but it looks like it will work because i have bought other products by conair which have worked such as blowdryers etc. but yea if it says 2-4 weeks it will prob take 3 weeks depending on where you live... like if you live in SC ad it gets mailed from California it will take like 4 weeks.. if its like teenesse to sc prob 2 weeks.. florida to georgia a week.... and so on =] hope it work for u!
