Well if you think about how much you spend on products for your hair and, how much a relaxer would cost to have done. It makes sense to get the Japanese straight. I had it done so did my daughter my hair is super curly I could never brush it or I would be Afro. My daughter had super frizzy hair with really bad curly roots. It make the hair silky straight permanently. I still buy products for my hair. But its not like before where I had to have them. In fact I can take a shower dry off and go out. Something I never could do before. Get the Japanese straight go to a salon and shop around for a good price. Don't listen to people give mindless advice I would of gotten it sooner but stupid people who never had it done and never even researched it told me NO its bad don't do it. I can honestly say I have never been happier or prettier. Good luck
