What do you think is the best straightener ?

Okay, so I'm in desperate need of a good-quality straightener to replace my old one that was pretty horrible. (it was a Revlon)


I have normal/wavy hair, so it needs to get to about 400 degrees or more. And not too expensive (around 100 give or take a few).
