It could be chi, solia, GHD, or sedu. You should go to www.folica.com. They have tons and tons of hair straighteners, tons of reviews, and tons of before/after pictures from reviewers. They also have free shipping on orders over $85 and most of the straighteners come with a free travel pouch/mat. I have think and wavy hair as well and I got the pink Solia. It works very well and is far less damaging to my hair than my last straightener! It is also good to get some sort of serum or spray that is heat protectant so you don't damage your hair, I use bio silk silk infusion and redken heat glide. They both work great!
if the combo is a good deal, go for it.


try to keep searching too. going to walmart is great cause you can find good ones for cheap.


if you dont buy the combo then buy the Garnie Sleek and Shine. people say it is really good =]

TIP: make sure you have a staightener with a good amount of ceramic, i previously bought one that didnt n it was unbeleivable how bad quality it was! i just putting this out there because i was once unaware of this.
