I have naturally out of control very curly hair, when I try to straighten it, its frizzy and wavy-it just dosent get as straight as I would like. What is the best brand of ceramic or other straightener you have tried? ThanksBest straightener?
I have the same problem. I have VERY frizzy hair and most products for curly hair do not work for me.
I use the chi, I find that if I wash my hair, add some leave in conditioner and pull it back (WITH NO STYLING AID) and wait a day. The next day I straighten my hair with NO STRAIGHTENING FIXATIVES!!! I find they make my hair dirty and frizzier than without it.
I gloss it with vaseline- make sure you apply it in sections and get to the roots.
I can keep it up like this for up to 4 days. Touch up with a straigntening iron and only a little vaseline in the morning with out it looking dirty.
I hope it works for you like it does for me. Don't waste too much money on crazy styling aides- save your $$$!!Best straightener?
CHI, I love my chi and its great because my hair frizzes too and as soon as I use the chi its so sleek. If you use a flat iron you need to remember to use a leave in conditioner and only use ceramic. The metal ones are crap and make frizzy hair worse.
I think it is spelled corlisse. I have the exact same issue! Hope I helped!! Message me for more details. :)
Buy a good quality strightener from Sally's Beauty Suppy, and if you do not know which one ask the worker if she are he knows!
The Aveda brand straitener is by far the best. I put it over Chi. If there is an aveda store by you go and buy one. they are about 130 and worth every penny.
