What's the best straighteners for fine, thin, curly (inclined to frizzy) hair?

I'm concerned that my daughter is over-straightening her hair and i wondered if buying a different set of straighteners would protect her hair better. What's the best straighteners for fine, thin, curly (inclined to frizzy) hair?
But a some good quality hair straighteners. Remington hair straighteners are really good. And you can change the temperature on them too. Make sure that you also buy some heat protection spray to protect your hair from burning. I would recommend Tresseme heat protection spray it is really good. And if your daughter has split ends get her hair trimmed because it will get more damaged. What's the best straighteners for fine, thin, curly (inclined to frizzy) hair?

all straighteners are hot things that iron hair and damage it :] variety makes little difference there. buy some heat protect serum and make sure she uses it before she straightens every time. and never straighten it unless its fully dry, even with them wet to straight ones. does your hair -no- good.
paul mitchell straighteners are the top of the line

eww chi's are gross.

don't listen to anyone. i have gone through like 4 this year. and they

still give me split ends and fry my hair.

but the chi iron guard is good to protect hair from heat
